Account & login

Creating an account

Sign up with an email and password, or with Google where it's enabled - no credit card or payment details are ever required just to create an account.

Confirm your email from the link we send, and your 10,000-chip welcome gift lands in your balance right away.

Resetting your password

Select "Forgot password?" on the login screen and enter the email on your account. We'll send a reset link that expires in an hour.

If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder before contacting support - requesting it again works the same way.

Deleting your account

Email support@neon-dice.app from your account's email address and ask us to delete it - we respond within 2 business days.

Chip balances lapse on deletion and are not compensated: chips have no monetary value, so there is nothing to pay out.

Chips & free play

What chips are

Chips are the virtual play currency you stake on every spin. They have no real-world value and can never be cashed out, withdrawn, exchanged, or transferred outside the app.

Every game awards chips only, never money or prizes - winning chips is part of the fun, never winning money.

Getting free chips every day

New accounts start with a 10,000-chip welcome gift. After that, a daily wheel spin, hourly bonuses, missions, and chests all add chips without spending anything.

Friends add another free source: send and collect a 500-chip gift with each friend once a day, at no cost to you - and sending earns you 50 chips of your own once they collect it.

Running low on chips

If your balance gets low, the free daily sources above will top you back up - the wheel, hourly bonus, missions, and friend gifts all refresh on their own schedule.

Buying a chip pack is always optional if you'd rather not wait; packs never change your odds, they just give you more chips to play with sooner.

Payments & purchases

Buying chips

Chip packages are shown at checkout with their price in USD or EUR and delivered to your account immediately after payment completes.

Buying chips is always optional and only speeds things up - it never changes your odds, and it never turns chips into money.

Refunds

We can refund a purchase only while its chips are materially unused, for duplicate or erroneous charges, or where the law requires it - never for more than you actually paid, and never once the chips from that purchase have been spent.

See our Refund Policy for the complete rules, including the EU digital-content withdrawal note.

Payment security

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we never see or store your full card details on our own servers.

If you spot a charge you don't recognise, contact us before disputing it with your bank - we resolve genuine errors quickly, and an unexplained chargeback can lead to your account being suspended while we investigate.

Responsible play

Playing within your means

NeonDice is entertainment-only: chips have no monetary value and nothing of real-world value is ever at stake. Even so, chip games are built to be engaging, and that's worth taking seriously.

Purchases are always optional. If you notice you're buying chips to keep a feeling going rather than for fun, that's worth pausing on - buying chips never unlocks anything a free chip can't.

Taking a break

There's no subscription and nothing to cancel - you can stop playing at any time, for as long as you like, with no penalty.

If you'd like your account paused or deleted so you're not tempted to open it again, email support@neon-dice.app and we'll take care of it.

Where to find extra support

If gaming habits - of any kind, not only ones involving money - are affecting your life, free and confidential help is available from organisations such as GamCare (gamcare.org.uk) and the National Council on Problem Gambling (ncpgambling.org).

You're also always welcome to write to us directly if you'd like to talk about your account.

Technical issues

The game won't load or freezes mid-spin

Check your connection and reload the page - LuckySpin runs in the browser and needs a network connection to keep your balance in sync, so a stalled spin is almost always a dropped connection, not a lost bet.

Your chip balance and game state are stored on our servers, not in the page, so a reload never costs you chips or progress.

I can't find my account or progress

Log in with the exact email you signed up with - a typo, an old address, or a different sign-in method than usual (email and password vs. Google, for example) creates a separate, empty account rather than restoring the one you had. Log in the same way you originally signed up and your balance and level are exactly where you left them; your account lives on our servers, not in your browser, so a new device or a cleared browser never costs you progress on its own.

If you just signed up, some rewards - like your welcome gift - land only once your email is confirmed; check your inbox and spam folder for the confirmation link if your balance looks incomplete.

Which devices and browsers are supported

NeonDice is a web app that runs in any modern desktop or mobile browser - there is nothing to download or install, and no OS-specific version to keep updated.

For the smoothest experience, keep your browser up to date and make sure JavaScript is enabled.

My chip balance or level looks wrong

Your balance and level are decided and stored on our servers, not on your device, so what you see is a display of the real number, never a local guess.

If a screen looks stale right after a spin or a purchase, reload the page - nothing is lost in the meantime, and if the number still looks wrong after reloading, contact support with the approximate time it happened.
